After turning 40 I felt like I was eating well and exercising but nothing was working. I started training with Ginera as I knew she too was a working mum and would understand me. Since training with Ginera I now don’t have to see the chiropractor anymore. She has worked with me to strengthen my neck and back which were causing me problems. She has given me the tools to think about how I should do an exercise correctly to ensure that I’m not causing injury to myself which I have done in the past by not doing exercises properly. My programme is changed regularly and it is tough and varied enough which stops me getting bored and keeps me interested in going to the gym.
